Over the weekend I used the camera's shoe mount for a mozegear sync box on a ktek shoe plate.
The cam didn't have the extension back with bnc timecode so I went about feeding LTC into ch. 1 audio.
When in the audio menu to select input, ch. 1 external didn't seem to be available..but internal and shoe input was.
I ended up plugging into ch. 2 and that worked.
Any thoughts on the situation appreciated
