FS100 in Quicktime 24pn mode

Is there a difference in what is recorded to the Firestore when the Firestore is set to Quicktime 24 or Quicktime 24 native?

In other words, if the Firestore isn't set to overcrank or undercrank, is there a difference in what is recorded to the FS100 under those settings?

(The HVX is set to 720/24.)
