FS100 basic question

at least, it should be basic.

when i want to offload clips to my computer (rather than editing straight from the FS100), how do i get them into a format that FCP will import?
I dragged all the MXF files to a folder off of the FS100, but FCP won't import them as is.

I tried using the P2 import, but obviously its looking for a device, not a file.

what part of the workflow am i missing here?

Did you organize your clips in the FS 100 before you switched to the DD drive? Also, like the P2's you have to bring over your context folder and last clip text file to the folder.
