I guess a Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope is what you're looking for.
You can do everything (paperwork, shipping label. payment, etc.) on line from the USPS website (http://www.usps.com/international/prioritymailinternational.htm and http://www.usps.com/prices/priority-mail-international-prices.htm) and have the postal service pick it up at your home/office. Shipping is rated at US $12. Should that be fine with you, we have a deal.
