OK, so here are the details, fine print, and all that jazz:

Shooting / Submission Period: November 18th-November 29th at 11:59PM EST.
Voting: 11.30-12.02 at 11:59PM
Topic: "Rule of Thirds"
Details: This week we are going to focus on the technical aspect of composition through the Rule of Thirds. Take a photograph of ANYTHING, as long as your composition aligns with the rule of thirds. For more details on the rule of thirds of how it can affect your composition please see This Tutorial.
Submit your image, and ONLY THE FINAL ENTRY as Username_Thirds.jpg

MISC. DETAILS:
1. There is no original picture required to be submitted
2. You may submit a maximum of 3 entries for this round
3. Voting criteria will be 1. Overall impression with theme

That's about it... Upload instructions will be posted on deadline day or you can just use the search and check out Round 10 for those details.

it wouldn't let me download. I'll try again.

I log in then click on upload file and get this error message: Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files
 
I see on round 14 there is a place a link to upload but there is no link for round 13. Can I use the same link for round 13?
