I have a new, never used Davis & Sanford ProVista Airlift Tripod with Pneumatic Centerpost with FM18 Fluid Head & W3 Dolly. I purchased them from B&H Photo last week, threw away the boxs and later decided it did not want them. I couldn't return to B&H because I didn't have the boxs. The link to them on B&H is here. There are 199.95 plus shipping on B&H. I am asking $175.00 plus shipping.

I have an older (prehistoric) version of one of these. Compared to everything else at this price point I think it's an excellent value, especially at $150.
