Free Instructional DVD...HVX200...

I don't know have you seen this guys, but there's some Free Instructional DVD on HVX200 page! It's a shame that it's only available for U.S. customers... :undecided

Damn, could someone in US send this one to me also here in Europe...hehehehehe!

I believe these are the DVD's that they gave out at the ResFest presentations. I have one and it seems to be an overview on a lot of aspects of the camera. If anything, I think most of the info on the DVDs is on this board.

Although I would recommend getting the DVD cause on one of the sections (I believe the explanation of the DVCPro codecs), they had this woman actress who tried to talk in such a seductive way, it was hilarious. It was like she was going to orgasm talking about the camera and such ...

Don't believe me ... order the dvd and you'll see :)

That fits, since most of us on this site are ready to have one over the HVX too!
 
mgalvan, I feel the same way. She is seductive. I heard she is from the midwest and did it in two takes. The dvd is informative though.
 
It was just too funny to me ... she would say DVCPro and then lick her lips or somthing along those lines ....

We got ours today and watched it. I think it gives anybody the basic idea of what these things are all about. The concept of trying to sell HD by viewing on SD just doesn't seem to work for me.

But that's just my opinion.
 
They don't linger on the HD too much (in fact, their "HD" comparison was between the FX1 and the DVX!) Haha... but it's more about the benefits of P2.
 
I will have a box of copies in about a week, for any local DVXusers in LA who want to drop by and pick one up :)
