Looks awesome! Wish there was something like this in the UK. Will it be recorded at all? I'd love to get some more info on what colour spaces and gamma are best to use with the camera. Loving it this far but feel like I could do with a few pointers to squeeze the best out of the sensor.

I can inquire with Canon tomorrow night. Not sure if they offer UK classes.

Are you going to record the seminar and post to youtube? That would be helpful.
I don't think it will be fully recorded tomorrow night, sorry. We have a few things in the works so stay tuned. Hope to have more educational content out in the near future.

can I take my first lesson now? I have been progressing the material when shooting in 4K, today I did a job in 108012 Bit, do I also have to proress it to be able to have a normal workflow in premiere? 4K is undoable in Premiere on my 2013 Mac Pro with six cores and dual graphic D700 card, premiere only uses 1 card so. Premiere doesn't seem to like/recognize the new codec or am I missing something here?

allready taught my one lessen, 123bit 1080 is also impossible to edit, so Media Encoder is doing the process 444 thing

There are a lot of variables at play so it is tough for me to provide recommendations. I have an older Mac Tower with an Nvidia graphics card to utilize cuda within Premiere and have had no issues with 12bit 2K. 4K is a little more taxing on my system but if I drop down the playback resolution that usually solves playback issues. We did a test last night at Canon on a 12 core Mac Pro off the internal drive and it easily played 3 streams of XF-AVC 422 4K in the time line of Premiere Pro 2015 with no dropped frames. I am sure it could have handled more but we did this relatively quickly. A couple of things that come to mind - make sure you are running off the fastest drives possible through the fastest connection. Try dropping down playback resolution in Premiere Pro. Finally, if all else fails, you could consider using the internal proxy feature within the C300 Mark II. This works great and is a quick way to bake in a LUT and do a quick assemble on a laptop. I have used this feature and really like it. I re-link to the 4K files in Resolve for my grade and output. Hope that helps a little bit, I know it can be frustrating but I have seen Premiere perform well with these XF-AVC files.

For 3 streams of 4K on a 12Core MacPro- was that full Playback resolution? What GFX card in MacPro (cheese grater or trashcan?)?
