Michael what is you trying to accomplish here. Instead of blaming me and making me and Tanya look bad how about you blame it on FedEx that is in your area. I am really upset and sorry that the package was not delivered to your address. I have no problem sending you back the amount you have sent me but I have to get the package back. If the transaction went well the first time then what makes me want to scam you the second time? That do not make sense at all. I been doing deals local and my previous buyers that saw me in person I hope they indeed respond to this thread. The buyers that had a failed bargain with me that responded negatively on this thread.. What did I ever done to you all? There's nothing I can do Michael but I tried contacting so many FedEx post that are in your area. I even started looking at the old tracking code for the first transaction and started calling the post that the package went through. I'm thinking that you have not done those scenarios. But instead you want to jump to blaming me. The tracking number they gave me for this transaction is invalid.


What is up with the false names you guys throwing at me that I never even heard of? That just makes me laugh but at the same time I am upset with the whole situation. I would hope that someone bump heads with this thread and defend some of my saying? This thread really makes me look like the worst human being ever. I never did nothing and been busy these last two weeks. When you have out me and Tanya address that really got to me man. Now what if the problem never gets solved?(which I highly hope)


I don't know if anyone have said this yet but tip here: Why would you send a cashier check without receiving the product first? The whole problem would have never happened. Hoped you learned something here Michael. Even if you thought I was safe worthy always receive the product first. Now if I would quote the email messages you sent me then what would the people say? Try contacting FedEx.

I really hope this illiterate scam artist is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This reply is just RIDICULOUS.

What are you smoking?

FedEx tracking numbers are flawless. There has NEVER been a scenario where FedEx tracking numbers become "invalid" unless the shipper never shipped it in the first place or invalidated it himself. One of my best friends works as a regional manager for FedEx and has explained to me how UPS and FedEx systems work. The checks and balances in their systems are absolutely bulletproof and tracking numbers don't become "invalid" unless a human override is involved.

And tip here: when someone sends you a cashier's check via USPS, you don't mess around, because it becomes a federal crime if you don't pull through your end of the bargain. Now you're eligible to be charged for mail fraud.

I'm responding because any righteous person will step in to intervene and help when they see someone being wronged.

Whether you refunded the money to me or not isn't an issue - it's not money you could have kept anyway, so don't make your "refund" seem like an angelic act of human decency. It was an imbecile's act of desperation.

And I'm also responding because you drag down the collective intelligence of any room, real or virtual, that you set foot in. You mad?

Really Michael? You sound like a pathetic little kid. You will never get the money you sent until you give me the package I shipped. And also I hope you enjoying both of the packages I sent. I know you learned your lesson and please do not take the same path with the next seller even if you think hes loyal because that would be very sad. How would you care if I put your information/house address on the internet. You can get some time for harassment or for sharing someone personal information without permission. Email fraud? Are you serious? Come up with a crime that is more of a federal charge. Michael how about you quote the messages I sent you yesterday and make sure you quote the message I sent you with the tracking number. Because I gave it to you more then once I believe. This thread is going know where. SMH.

The federal charge is the fact that I sent the cashiers checks by US Postal Service Express mail.

That was a big, big mistake on your part buddy. The Feds are dead serious. You saw one of first posts. Here, I'll make it easy:

Michael you is going know where with this, smh. Try looking up address that we are familiar with. Hint: Washington DC. Why don't you take a plane nonstop to the address I live in and make sure you bring the package, and you will certainly get your money back with no problems. But right now I can't help you at all. And learn how to make up better names to throw at me. What federal charge.. I'm going to get a knock at my door from 15 police men forcing me and Tanya to get down on the ground because I Internet fraud someone who live almost a day away.

You going no where Matthew because you are sitting in front of a computer somewhere in Saline crying because I stole your money. Now you typing names on Google getting your hopes up thinking it's me..? If the police come which highly hope they will. I will make sure I take a photo with them and have my ID with me. Is that kid on the picture even a photographer?
