Hi, I looked around on the forum but couldn't find the answer to my question. I recently shot some footage at Edinburgh Castle in Scotland at 720p24 but when I went back to look at the footage in Final Cut (in the clip viewer and the timeline), all of my pans and tilts are choppy (there was no ois or anything of that sort). I'm not sure if this is because the pulldown was removed or if I need to convert it back to 60 fps (which can be done from the raw MXF file yes?) Any help here would be much appreciated because I can't go back and film and while my still shots look fine, they're only about 30% of what I shot.

I assume that your pan was not slowly enough. If you are at maximum wide-angle you need 15 seconds to pan 90 degrees! This is an old and common problem with film cameras. In Barrys HVX book you'll find more details and a chart that shows how slowly you need to move the camera to execute a smooth 90-degrees pan, depending on what focal lenght you have the lens set at.
