Format : Aspect Ratio

We have shot our movie with a DVX 100A in squeeze mode. I am looking to enter it in a film festival and they need to know the Format Aspect Ratio.

Format is not the same as aspect ratio. As Oedipax said, your aspect ratio is anamorphic 16:9. However, format depends on how you're delivering it to the festival.

Are you exporting it back to tape? Then format is DV (or DVCAM, if that's what you're using).
Are you authoring a DVD? Then format is DVD.
And since you're in Florida, whatever format you use, it's NTSC.

Apparently the request was for "Format Aspect Ratio", in which case they probably just want the aspect ratio, which, as Oedipax stated, is 16:9.

The festival listed some options and I just needed to check one. 16x9 was on the list so that is what I went with. I am submitting my project on DVD. We already sent the form so it is out of my hands now. Thank you all.
