The front part (anamorphic adapter) will work with lenses greather than 35mm with the proper adapter or as a friend of mine did "black sock"

Sorry for the late answer!
Those lenses where in very strange russian mount neither of the OCT's, that’s why I have made them to fit micro 4/3ths without any adapter.
Those are set ,so no separate sales.
