This seems to have been a scam. Trying to get my money back.
If you have been scammed here I feel for you. And if you have I hope you have some recourse to get your cash back. A quick search of that users ip address tells me he's located in South Africa. Is this what you were led to believe?
Please let us know the outcome.
I want to reiterate something on the marketplace though.
1/ Just because they are on the marketplace at DVXUSER does not mean they are safe.
2/ Anyone with a low post count - this guy had one post, needs to be approached with caution. Not that all 1 post people will be scammers but you want to be pragmatic about it.

Noel, I'll be fine. Thanks to credit card protection. Just wanted to pass that out for anyone else.
Just commenting, but look at the post.
He sold the camera, but kept the p2 cards which then he offered for sale at $100.00.
And it's his first post.
Sometimes we fail to see some of the clues.
Glad you had CC protection
