Footage missing using P2 CMS ???

When I view footage using P2 CMS there are clips missing, but if I view the same card using the log and capture function in FCP all the clips are there. Any ideas? THANKS

Might not be anything missing; rather it's probably that you have some spanned clips. FCP may not know to treat those clips as one, whereas P2CMS does.
