Footage is not fluid

Hi,

When I shoot some footage i realised that video is not fluid. Espacially fast scenes. Let's say someone is walking from left to right. There is something wrong with the scene. Like a a shot is following him so close. Let's say a car is moving. So there is not exact view. It is different. Like not 25fps. I have realised the same problem in 50i mode. I am shooting in HD format.

I mean the action is not smooth.. Any ideas?

well i have tried lots of them. Shutter speed didn't help. I have PAL version of HC-1A

I have tried fast and low shutters. I also the max shutter speed and didn't help. Btw, DV footage is crap :) I will never shoot in DV i believe.

For 50i. It shoots interlaced. Well not so much but it does. Because I am going to make a film i will use 25F. I was thinking to shoot in 50i and make it deinterlace with 35mm adapter and wide angle lens. Does it work?

strobing is a native factor of shooting at 24fps, that could be one of the things you are refering to? If that's the case, you just have to adapt ways of panning and moving your camera as to avoid this effect. Make your pans slower, don't move the camera as quickly. The more fluid your motions, the more fluid the footage.

but untill you explain in better words what is going on, it will be difficult to define the " problem " or offer any reasons to clarify why it happens.
