Have a lens mount that can focus the lenses or otherwise be used as a macro extension bellows. It woulld be built like a follow focus with rack in pinion focusing. That way you could focus 35mm still lenses like cine lenses without having to use the inferior helicoids on the lens. If you use cine lenses on the mount you can get extreme close up as well.
