focus problem

For the last month or so our companys DVX is not focusing correctly, It seems that the left side is always out of focus...

I have done manual focus, auto, used focus charts but i just cant seem to get it to focus.

the camera has 66 hours on it with no servicing so far, do you think if we send it in we should also do a head cleaning?

Any good service centers in LA?

There is definatly something wrong with the camera. We just shoot something today with my personal camera and it looks great.

So i guess we are gona send it in.
