I tried doing a google search but I couldn't find an image of what the focus peaking looks like on the c100. Is it very useful and easy to find focus on screen?

Thanks

yeah, trying to know the peak setting as well

Its so convienent that C100 allows you to adjust the peaking sensitivity

but I seem so hard to find the proper color and size of peaking.

hmmm

When I use red as the primary color, it is obvious what is in focus, however on scenes where there is a ton of detail, the screen get's overwhelmed with red color to the point of being washed out in red? I tend to leave peaking on most of the time so I'd like to find a setting that would be useful but not over the top when scenes hold a lot of details.

Peaking has three settings on the C100 - I think they are color, frequency, and intensity. But they basically do that - you can make them appear more frequent and more intense on a given scene. There is also a sharpen detail mode that increases the amount of peaking in the scene. I find it distracting, but it can be helpful when using the VF.

Is there somewhere in the manual that clearly describe how the parameters in the peaking menu affect the image? I'd like to tweak this a little more to my liking and I am not even sure what anything does other than changing the color!!!!
