Flycam Nano Quick Release: which to choose?

Just received my Flycam nano, having hard time trying to stabilize it but I'll try it better later.
Anyway, thinking to buy a quick release: could one of these work fine with Flycam and 7D?

both of those are just quick release plates, you will need a whole quick release system, like this

I use these:

It's very similar to the Bogen but cheaper. It will allow you to do some degree of quick back and forth balancing.
