Sorry for the basic question

I've just finished to set-up my XH-A1 and I've seen that with the Brevis35mm the picture is inverted.

Is there any solution on hte camera set up?

Do I need to flipped it on Final Cut?

:dankk2:

you have to also flop it if there are words on the images. because the image aslo turn from left to right not only from top to bottom

I was using a screw on hoya for my zoom lens and also a 4x4 tiffen 0.9 for my other prime lenses with a geardear matte box. You should have a look at the Geardear mattebox. It has a hole that wil fit the XHA1 , and not blocking the sensor. It is also possible to use it for the 35mm lens or just the XHA1 alone.

If you have a chance also get a vasst video trianing DVD . It really opens up one's understanding of the XHA1 in the advance manual.

Thanks David!!!

I have already the DVD and this is what I've asked to GearDear:

Hello

A friend of mine told me that you have a Matte Box compatible with both the XH-A1 and 35mm lenses.

I am actually using a Brevis35 with and without rails depending on the needs.

Wich package are you suggesting?

Thank You

go for the medium and a set of mask and also french flag if possible. But you should also consider to use rails when using the Brevis. It is o.k when not using the Brevis. But not with the Brevis + Lens + mattabox. That You should use rails
