You live outside of North America/Japan.

No, I live in Europe.

This may come as somewhat of a surprise to you, but last time I checked Europe is outside of North America/Japan.

I shot at 1/60.

You shot at 1/60th of a second, the whole of Europe has it's electricity cycling at 50hz (including the lights - all the lights, indoors and out) - this is your problem.

The shutter speed is clashing with the (refresh rate of the) lights.

All I can see on that thread is a conflation of shutter speed and frame rate - a lack of awareness of power cycles in different broadcast standard regions - a general helping of confusion and erroneous advice as well as opinion masquerading as fact - all resulting in poor advice !

Is there a way to render those flickering out in post processing!?

Practicably, no.

In theory and with lots and lots of manual - frame by frame - adjusting, possibly - but it would be an absolute nightmare of a job.

Ok, so what would you recommand me with whicch shutter speed should I make videos in Europe. (Ups, I read in North America...)

thx
