Would love to be able to run my HMC150 with a high dynamic range capture like CineStyle for DSLRs does anyone have a secret recipy for a flat log type look?

You can play with raising the master ped and lowering the saturation... but with the 150, your best bet is likely to get it as close to your final look with the settings - when pushed, the HMC footage seems to collapse a little earlier than DSLR footage in my experience.
