This was shot with the Canon 17-85 f/4-5.6, the Tamron 17-50 f/2.8 and the Canon 55-250 f/4-5.6.
The is kind of a do-it-yourself sort of thing. A friend had part of a boom laying around and I added some bits and pieces from FilmTools to complete it. I don't know what the original brand is. It flex's a bit but works well enough with the 7D and EX1/3.

I've been getting into the whole DIY stuff, for this video [or more correctly the reason for shooting the video] I also used a dolly built from old rollerblade wheels - here's the tutorial: http://www.digitaljuice.com/djtv/detail.asp?sid=144 The wole thing cost less than $50 and with a little practice works very well.
