First wedding video with 7D

Not really a fan of the slider shots as I feel it is something that is overdone to much here and MANY other people as well.

In this teaser their were two shots that I thought were excellent.

When the leave the church and all of the bubbles floating and the last shot in between the candles, really liked those shots. Other than that I would say it looks good but to many slider shots imo.
 
I liked it.

I'm really getting burnt out on viewing rack focus shots if there's no motivation, ie. just starting blurry and going into focus BUT! the shot at :44 is great and totally motivated.
 
what slider did you use?

and when you were handholding did you use a rig or just IS on the lens...seemed pretty smooth
