on the shot of the giant flag (not sure what building that is), it seems as if it holds on just a little too long in comparison to some of the other ones that were cut quicker. Other than that, there isn't really anything to gripe about. The exposure and colors look good, interesting shots, good music; it looks like a documentary. :)

I like the shot of the feet on the dash, followed by the highway patrol or police shot, heh.

EDIT: one thing I noticed towardy the end was a ton of interlace flicker going on. Not sure what exactly was causing it, but you might want to check it out.

oh wow your right there is a lot of interlace flicker at the end, thats odd. yea the flag shot was a bit long i really only did that cuz it was such a great shot. the final documentary will actually not have hardly any of this footage, lol this was all b-roll that will be behind the scene stuff. I editing with Pro 2.0 and i have notice a bit of interlace, any suggestions on why?

yea it was squeeze. could that be because of poor compression i did to put it on the web? the raw footage looks much better.

my first guess for why you're getting flicker would be a timeline problem. Maybe the 24p stuff is actually on a 29.97 timeline? There's a few things that could be wrong. Just double check and make sure that you were doing everything 24p (or 23.976)

the flicker only happens when i view the footage on an external monitor. the preview window shows no flicker. it is a 24p timeline. could it be that i'm using a PV-GS120 as my tape deck for viewing on external monitor?
