The boxes from B&H arrived with all my stuff. opened the boxes. charged the batteries for both fs100s, popped in the 32 gig cards and formatted.
All is good.
next morning what did I do? Took em both out to a paid 2 camera gig with no testing at all. (30 minute cooking show) Smart huh.....
Actually, It turned out great. Showed up about an hour early just to have time to double check everything. Used the kit glass rather than nikons just to be a little safer till I get to know all the little idiosyncracies of these cams. footy came out great even if it was the default PP.
Oddly, I found the peaking on the cam viewfinder better than the peaking on the 5 inch marshall?
Also noted that the audio seemed to be a tad louder when someone started talking but came down a bit when they kept talking. (almost as if the AGC was on???)
Can't get over how nice the image is compared to the old 150. Wow!
