First lens with EF speedbooster?

Hello everyone. I've been a reader of these forums for quite some time. I just recently purchased my first camera, a GH4, after having had to use other peoples various cameras for various gigs and whatnot. I bought the 20mm 1.7 with it. I plan to get the metabones speedbooster, but am not sure which lens to get first between these three:

In 4k based on the 2.3x crop:
Sigma 24-105 f4 = 40-171mm f2.8 (34-150 FHD) ~ $899
Tamron 24-70 f2.8= 40-114 f2 (34-100 FHD) ~ $1299
Tamron/Sigma 17-50 f2.8 = 28-81 f2 (24-71 FHD) ~$500

I'm looking at these lenses because they have I.S. and this would be my primary workhorse lens. My shooting ranges from documentary pieces, profiles, and the very rare music video. I'm looking to get into weddings as I just shot one about three months ago (my sister-in-law) using her 7D, a6000, and a goPro.

I'm leaning towards the Sigma 24-105 f4 because that will give me the most reach. My main question/concern is will 2.8 be fast enough (what it becomes with the speedbooster). I have the 20mm 1.7, but I'm not sure at the moment.

Advice would be much appreciated.

The 20mm is a good wide angle so that's covered (no need for the 17mm ones). I would get a 24-105mm for the reach. It's a complete workhorse of a lens. You'd be only lacking on the lowlight front. So while buying it also pick up a 90$ 50mm 1.8 Canon for those extreme lowlight situations. Extremely sharp optics even wide open and worth picking up just because it's so cheap, it becomes an F/1-1.2 with the SB!

I believe for an all-rounder lens the 70-105mm range is much more useful than the extra light stop, I would use faster primes for lowlight nyway and not a 2.8 zoom.
