..you see Luke those words imply plurality ..as in more than one lonely grab.. this is the ...."worst post ever" ....my diagnosis ..."bad babysitting!"
..anyway, its a nice grab .. you should post some more..
on a side note it seems as though the whole first grabs thing has shifted from cats to small botanical subjects. i would muse that it is to exhibit selective focus since shallow DOF is such a touted thing round abouts the likes of chaps such as us "internetters".
edit: luke luke luke... sigh.. you went and added more grabs. very nice ones at that too. .great job .nice composition and subject framing . lighting looks a hair dim, and appears mixed in temperature but works out ok. only thing is you have made the above make no sense. and with that .. you have done the unforgivable... now you are a vampire.. or a wheaties box candidate.. let me see what side this coin lands on first..
Wow. Im not entirley sure what you mean Neil R. but thanks for the compliments. I just figured out how to do this so i will be doing it alot. It is from a foreign film i have just done. It was really hard because there was almost no English spoken. Hear are some more.
It is in the Hmong language. Ill see what i can do about getting a clip going but i have never done that either. Thanks for the interest. Ive come to this site for the past year to get advice and it is important to me to get the input of those who have helped me so much.
The girl in the last grab is my girlfriend and the other is her sister. No, im not Hmong but somtimes i fell like it. I learned a lot more Hmong after doing this film.
I'll see if i can get somthing up by next week. I have no idea how to do it but i will try. Thanks for all the comments. If i cant get it to work, its on DVD so maybe i can do somthing else for you.
Your work is outstanding! It's plain to see that you have the gift of composition...I love the one with the raindrops best. What's the story about? How long is your film?
