First Demo Reel (school draft)

This is my first attempt at a demo reel, thrown together in a little under 2 hours. First things I heard from other students was that it was too long, and I could see that some shots could definitely be. I also didn't do much in the way of fancy editing or visual enhancements. I'm handing this in at school as my demo reel, as were really only getting marked on the DVD Studio Pro 6 DVD we hand in, and not the content of my reel.

However, I plan to be tweaking this and putting a lot more time into it, and make it my real demo real. What would be some first comments or criques? There's a few Glidecam shots not as smooth as I'd like (no vest/arm) and the dolly shot is a little jerky (DPed it, not operated).
Im thinking quicker tempo, shorters shots, maybe some actual order to the assemblance and placement of clips, maybe a song change. Some visuals flares and unique cuts, etc. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Oh yeah, my intro card sucks, that will change too.
