First Color Correction in After Effects (Feedback Appreciated)

Here is my first color correction test with my T2i and After Effects. I wish I had sound fxs for the jump but I have no idea where to get any and I am waiting to get a mic to do foley. Tell me what you think.

Dont do vignette, its irritating and appears like if yo mounted some bad lens on your cam.Try to get as clean picture as possible , no shady corners .
Also when youre aiming for film look then at least decide from which film you want to immitate this look, theres a lot of "film looks" out there.Logically and realistically, take one frame from your movie that you like, let it be poor "matrix" and try to correct colours so your footage looks similar to this one frame from matrix.

Thanks for the feedback. Now when you said no vignette does That also mean no warm spot focus?

So you have to see it in a Movie for it to make sense? Truth is let the Man works how he wants. If he wants to vignette then just let it be, the point of creating Art is to be creative. Now to the op, I have seen this done many times and done better. A for effort C- on execution..... Keep practicing
 
+1 to vignette that is a stylistic decision, telling someone not to use it is the same as telling them to use a 35mm lens instead of 50mm

No its not and there is times when you should and shouldnt use 50mm or 35mm but i dont have time for arguing over internet.Would love to see good looking professional movie with vignette all over it.Especially action genre since he was aiming at this genre i think.
 
Well here is my latest video not trying to impress too much but the colors did come out better then I expected. i have also purchased Magic Bullet Looks just to have more control over my colors and I'll have that video out friday.
