C200: Firmware update issues

I can't get my C200 to update the firmware. It's 1.0.5.1.00. 1.8, 1.7 and 1.6 say its up to date. I'm using the power supply. I've formatted the card. Windows shows the file on the card. The camera writes fine to the card. Its in slot A.
Is Costa Mesa doing walk ins?
I don't want to have to tear it apart for them to work on it. I have a Solid pod and have used black RTV to seal the door.

If it continues not to work, the first thing to try would be to reset the camera and disconnect everything from it besides the monitor and try again.

Or try via a CFast card (if doable/you have one).
