Firewire 800 MacPro question

Hello,

I recently got a HPX170, fs-100 and new macpro (happy birthday to me)....

And well, the new Macpro only has Firewire 800, the fs-100 has Firewire 400.

What now?

Is it as simple as a Firewire 400 PCI-Express 2 card? If so, where from?

Any help would be great. thanks
