Regarding klhudson's comments about trouble getting FCP to remove the redundant frames, make sure that you have the UB Mode on the HVX200 set to FRM RATE. That may be the problem.

Probably been droped a few times. I've never had any problems with mine. Might be the fact that I treat it like a newborn baby. I'm getting interviewed next week from a company that does PR for Ifocus about my FS-100, if anyone has any complaints I could let them know.Well the unit was a rental
I'm sure neither does the rental house -- they have no desire to tick off their customers and have to refund rental fees. They only make money when their stuff works and customers come back.BenB said:You may want to let Focus know about it. I know they don't want bad units getting rented out.

I'll work on a better compression job when I have time. It's actually the tail end of the comprehensive video tutorial I'm doing about the FS-100 and all it's features. Enjoy!

Sorry, but here I see another words: Yes, the FS-100 can do time lapse recording, but in DV (Standard definition) recording mode only. It does not have an option for time lapse when doing high definition recording.
