I have a few questions re: firestore. I usually work with P2 cards, but need to use both in a coming shoot.
Is there an easy way to switch back and forth between P2 and firestore? I noticed with firestore, the settings on the HVX for TC and 1394 need to be changed. Also, when recording 720PN to firestore, HVX should be at 24P and firestore to 720PN, correct?
If i'm switching back and forth from P2 to firestore, do I need to change these settings on the HVX every time I alternate? Or can I keep the 1394 setting to BOTH? What about the TC setting? Also, would I need to switch the HVX back to 24PN when recording to P2?
Just trying to figure out an easy way to alternate without having to change a bunch of settings everytime. Thanks.
