Finally ordered my HVX

Friends, I finally ordered my hvx and feel like an expectant mother waiting for it to arrive. I got a usa model brand new in the box for $4800 from a reputable dealer. Now I'm going to start acting really cool and act really mean to people with other cameras. First thing I'm gonna do is go to an hd100 forum and critique all the sample footage I find with " Wow, I really liked the split screen effect, it worked well with your movie." Just kidding. Actually, if this isn't film like enough I'm gonna sell it and get the hd100. Anyway, thanks to all you kind folks for helping me make my decision.
 
A reputable dealer or a Panasonic authorized dealer?

The reason I ask is that price is pretty low from Panasonic authorized, US Warranty.

In fact, I've not seen anything below $5195.00

Seems low. Let me know how badly you get ripped off lol. Or, if it comes all fine with everything including warranty, tell me where you got it!

That was a price mentioned some time ago; currently it runs $5395.00

This was a panasonic authorized dealer. It's new in the box with the us warranty. I know it's a low price, but it wasn't the asking price. we negotiated. I'll ask him if he doesn't mind me telling you all the name of the company.
 
nice negotiating skillz. :) I got mine from snader for 5295$ if anyone is interested in purchasing from them. 5300 is still a great deal
