Filming a Television set

Is there way to film a Television screen without having those moving lines. Do you guys know what i'm talking about? haha

Yes. Use the syncro-scan shutter function in Video mode -- if you're in the US, use 1/60 or something close, whatever you need; if you're in a PAL country, use 1/50 or something close.

Even if you are in film mode, set syncro scan at around 144*. That is usually the magic number.

Make sure when you set syncro scan, you get it by pressing the shutter button. It should be the setting after the fastest shutter speed and before 1/24

And obviously, you would be observing the copyright laws for commercial TV if that is what you are videoing.
