Hi Guys,

Thanks for your requests and patience - due to popular demand, we have now released a 7D / 60D data pack for FilmConvert

What's FilmConvert? It's a series of Film Stock emulation plugins, that take the images from the 7D / 60D and convert them to various film stocks, with accurate color and grain.

Download here

If you're an existing user, you will need to get the latest version.

Stand-alone users can download the pack directly from within the Stand-alone.

Plugin users should download the data packs from the right side of the download page for your plugin.

You guys mentioned in a facebook post ages ago that you were going to incorporate the standalone features into the plugins, how's that going?
And are there any plans to for a GH3 patch?

Have you considered approaching Convergentt designs, smallHD, and Atomos about collaborating on some LUTs?

Yes we are adding the 3 way color corrector and levels to the plugins - with the possible exception of FCPX which doesn't allow this.

GH3 will be in the next release :)

I really like the velvia stock but it tends to fall apart in the shadows (5D MKIII prolost LUT). I haven't had a problem with any of the other stocks.

Do you reckon you'll have the GH3 and D800 patches out by July?

Do you know if the After Effects plugin will work in the Lightworks NLE? I know they have some form of support for AE plugins, but I dont know if they fully support the API.

I'll see if there's any issues with Velvia 5D3.

I'm not going to promise July, as these things can take longer than expected. But we are aiming for June for both those cameras :)

Cool. I'm shooting a feature in August and won't be grading it until the end of the year but I'd like to do some test grades on my camera tests in July.

It's also a great tool for matching footage from different cameras.

I imagine you will be incorporating flaat for the Nikons, hopefully flaat 10 and 11. :thumbsup:
