Well, at 12am today we decided to drive out to an abandoned parking lot and just film some random stuff. Heres what we came up with, i know it doesnt make too much sense, but hopefully you can derive some sort of laugh, try to watch the full 4 mins, at the end its a little more interesting.

I used adobe premier 2.0 to edit and there was no color correct what-so-ever. Me and my buddys edited it in about.... 20mins. I wanted to do some cc in AE, but then we decided the natural look was fine so we didnt do any. I assume most people will see it and say "whats this chunk of ****" but then again im sure theres a lot of dudes out there who have simaler pointless convo's with thier friends. As for me getting beat up, just figured it would tie in nicely and add to the randomness.

hey who, you got some great sound and visuals for a spur of the moment shoot. i was just curious what you used for sound if it was wireless.

i actully own a SONY PDX10 and i just used the sony xlr mic that comes with it. (its pretty much the same thing as the optional mic for the dvx) thanks for the comments by the way. i did however copy the ambiance so it was there constantly. (duplicated it to a new channel in post)

interesting...a lil too shakey for my tastes but pretty cool. reminds me of something tarantino would do, add in some random dialogue before, after, or during a murder or what not. lol. good job.

yo i thought tat was seriously fresh man, awsome to domething fun like that. camera work was like in the film "elephant" and "last days"
i definitely dig that clip man, good stuff dude!

thanks guys, i didnt think it would recieve this much positive feedback. Thanks a bunch. Yeah, i was thinking how much smoother it would have been if i had used a steadicam.
