I have been playing the c300 mk ii and decided I need to find a gimbal, however, don't have many places to try them so looking for opinions.

I used to be a heavy fig rig user, and no longer have one, and sadly cannot buy one anywhere :(

Just wondering what are ppl opinions to what my best option for a solo operator for a fig rig like gimbal, lenses generally 16-35mm, 11-24mm, and 24, 50mm prime.

currently considering:
1. letus helix

2. movi pro

3. ronin 2

4. zhiyun crane 2 for strip down camera and 24mm.

I have version 1 of the crane, so take this with a grain of salt. But I seriously doubt the Crane would be able to handle it. Too tall, too deep, too heavy.

The Crane isn't going to handle a C300 Mark II. It's too tall, the EVF will get in the way, and it's going to be up near the max weight capacity with a lens.

Even if it does, how long do you think you're going to be able to hold a C300 Mark II on a single-handle gimbal?

I'd also consider the original Ronin. With arm extensions it'll fit the C-Line cams great.

If you like the fig rig, you might want to look at the Cinemilled Pro Ring. You can use that in addition with a Ready Rig GS Vest Support for a nice set up. Then if you want to switch out the fig rig like cross brace in the Pro Ring for a Ronin, you are all set. The Ronin can be brought really cheap used right now and it will handle the C300 II without much problem. I was running around with this set-up for a full day with the Canon 18-80 t/4.4 and never had a problem.

Thank you all for the help. Glad to be introduced to be introuced to the cinemilled pro ring by cpreston. Do you know if they have an option for feet like the ronin 2 setup so it can on a flat surface?

Yes, cinemilled has some feet that you can purchase. I actually just took the handles from my Ronin and put them on the bottom cross member and they work perfectly as feet.
