Just wondering if anyone use Feelworld FW1018s or FW1019 with the FS7
It's a 10" monitor - just wondering how you mount something that big with the FS7

I wouldn't put a 10 inch monitor on the camera, perhaps on a c stand next to the camera....

No specific experience with the models listed though. I have a 7.7 inch Small HD that I mount to the camera, just using a regular cheap israeli arm from IKAN, 1/4 20 on both ends, right into the back of the fs7 handle. easy.

The 1019 arrive today, all I can say - I'm sending it back. Why do they make a 10" monitor and use a bottom monitor
mount - its plastic heavy and doesn't seems to last that long. Who ever design the 1019, wasn't design to be mount
on 15mm rod for studio/field - probably for table top but never for mount on a camera rig.

Can't you flip the image 180 degrees in the menus which will allow you to mount it upside down?

I tried, I even try 2 side rod and screw them in - but it is not stable enough
display vendor really should try engineer their monitor so their monitor can mount it on 15mm rod
I shoot in 11mph+ wind, so my expectation is more

In truth I'm not sure that you could expect any better quality for the price.

Expensive gear costs what it does because it is bulletproof and designed to last.

Here you have a monitor with the cheapest panel and the cheapest enclosure and no doubt the cheapest connectors but jam packed full of 'on paper' specs to make it seem a bargain.

This sort of gear - and I have owned tons of it over the years - needs to be babied to keep it operational. Additionally I would not dream of putting a monitor over 7" on my camera. Have you tried finding a cage that fits it with additional mounting points?
