Feedback Wanted on short-flim made with two t2i's

Most of your shots were too wide it seemed like. Kind of sapped out a lot of the tension. I liked the shots through the bridgework. Did he do the stunt himself?

I enjoyed this a lot. At one point when the guard being chocked out the actor seemed like he wanted to have a crack up moment, which bought me a chuckle, but other than that I liked it a lot. What was the location? The main actor was great by the way. Got some great B action in there (two people shooting at close range missing, LOL).

My only complaint is there was an ample opportunity to get a little hand to hand in there. Since you were shooting wide it would've been nice because you rarely get to see hand to hand shot wide anymore. The shooting style puts me in the mind of "Universal Solider: Regeneration". My last thing is I agree the muzzle flashes could've used some work and there didn't need to be as many of them.

You had some really nice shots in here and a good story. The acting when the first soldier gets choked out is not as believable as some other elements in the film. Maybe if you sped up the action right before he grabs him and if you have any cut away shots I would use those. The muzzle flashes do need work. Remember when shooting in the daylight, there's not alot of muzzle flash to see anyway, but I agree with the others. I would change that up and then if you could add some dust or spark hits by the hero as he's shooting back to show us that the bullets are missing him, but hitting something and at least coming close. I think that would amp up that scene. The fall at the end was great and this was a very ambitious piece and looked very good. Nice work.

Good work on the POV jump shot, by the way. Ambitious. I would never jump with my camera into a lake, but kudos.

I would have cut down on the first machine gun firing part to about 1 or 2 seconds, and a few cut aways during the choking out shot to his feet or hands struggling. And I wouldn't add the effected/static-y voice when the third soldier yells on the radio.

Otherwise, I thought it was very well done. Keep up the good work!
