I am outputting footage in sd to the tape from final cut pro. Get it all working absolutely fine except for the fact that I can't get the timecode transfered over the firewire cable. I have pored over both the final cut and HVX manuals and have everything set as it should be. The HVX is set to receive timecode from the mac but all get displayed is TC 00:00:00:00 for the whole footage. Anyone got any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong. I'm using PAL as I'm in the UK. Any suggestions would be great.
