I have an odd question...
I have a project in FCP that was created on an academic version of FCP studio. Then I opened it in a newer version of FCP on a different system. All the media is on an external drive (7200 rpm). Once imported I re-rendered everything and then tried to move things around in normal editing fashion. Here is the problem...
My timeline shows the thumbnail of the footage I want. The footage that was actually there prior to the move/ render. However, when I play it, I get footage that comes from another part of the timeline. The timeline seems to be pointing to what I want it to be pointing to yet I get the wrong image. Has anyone had this issue with 24pN P2 footage in FCP?
