SPOILERS

I liked the opening scene a lot, after the CU of the objects. That could have been done more quickly, or choppy. Something. It was to much film time - then you go into the beautiful interior shot.

The initial interpaly of characters came a liitle too harsh, like maybe the sounf¡d was off or something but it kinds shocked me out of the mood alreayd set.

Not enough information on the GPS was indeed the thing given by the old creep. I put together it was, but the kid may have had one anyways. Seems a quick referance was needed.

Liked the overall premise of the story. One plot hole might be why would the creep want to sell that thing in a shop? It seems all his Zombie victims were teens.

Actually I had a hard time trying to figure out exactly what kind of shop it was. It had odd collectibles, some antique pieces, a baseball, jewelry, a kid shopping there and a teen girl as a sales person. Like a head shop where nostalgiac baby boomers might go.

Anyway, loved the car driving off on its own.

I think the best cinematic moment was in the show. Great look.

Hey, fun creepy guy. They always seem to find these dvxfests! I'm a little unclear on the story. Was that the end or was it cut short? A part one of a series? Anyway, good job getting the actors and locations together.

The cinematography was pretty good in this one. Even though some of the shop stuff in the opening went on too long.

Loved the TZ feel to this one. The creepy guy was great. The kid in the car, so-so.
Possessed GPS!

Great stuff!

I agree with most of the above... the cinematography was pretty good. Extra points for the fog machine! Looked interlaced though. The devil guy was good...believable for the short part he had. Story could use some work & be developed a little better. I didn't care for the whole 'GPS directions' driving scene.

Great job getting a film together for the fest.

Sorry, but this one felt very "video camera" to me. I appreciated some dolly-like moves in the intro and the long haired dude. The best part of this was the haunted GPS because those things are ridiculous. The car was too shiny for a teenager.

Agreed with most of comments up there. There's no valid proof that GPS is what the kid received. One close-up revealing it would be quite enough.

Music edit is broken at the beggining, too bad, cause music is very good for me, and that mistake is noticeable.

Twilightish it is, though I didn't quite get the story. Nice zombies out there, creeped me out the first time!

Some really cool shots here - most notably the red light through the fence near the end, and also the smokey pawn shop as the old guy walks in. Very neat. I liked the montage of car/shot of zombie/car/shot of zombie, very well done, I especially like the fact that you chose to barely show us the zombies, I think there's probably what, 1/3 of a sec. per zombie shot? Less is more when it comes to the suggestion of something sinister.

I think better actors would have made a much stronger piece - I didn't buy any of their lines, especially "this is wrong - this thing isn't right", or "i've been expecting you", the delivery was rather flat. But the story was cool, and the locations were perfect!
