I'm looking for a screw on ND filter that works with a 77mm canon lens.

I'm shooting super sunny beach video.. what is the best bang for the buck and where in Toronto is the best place to purchase??

Fader ND keeps coming up but not sure if thats the brand name and where to buy?

Also Hoya seems popular and I know they are at Vistek in T.O.

thoughts?

thanks

Singh Ray makes a Vari-ND filter. There are also cheaper ones on eBay that allegedly work well. Just search for Fader ND Filter 77mm.

I just ordered the Fader ND from Lighthouse workshop (or something like that). It's the Fader that Philip Bloom recommended. He says the Singh Ray one is the best, but the Fader ND is basically just as good and 3x cheaper. I order a 72mm Fader ND and it's equal or cheaper than getting a set of NDs (3,6 and 9), and seems to be much quicker to use.

Yep, I ordered the 72mm Fader ND and from the same place gene_can_sing did. Came in a couple weeks.
