Have the camera loaded with a face recognition system. The camera user could downlaod the latest FBI most wanted list with pictures. You could update your files everytime you hook up your camera to the net. Then if when you are filming and you film a criminal, the camera will allert you to who they are and the amount of the reward. Then you call the cops. You could download any list of faces, not just criminals. The paparazzi could download the faces of all actors. If you film a D list star and don't know their name, the camera checks its database and tells you their name. That way you don't look like a fool when you call out the wrong name at a premier. This in not a serious idea. I am just brainstorming.

I think you should make a movie with such a subject. You should name it 2084. You are the operator of that camera but because of a bug, it wrongly recognizes YOU the cameraman as a criminal. It could see backwards too through the viewfinder but you didn't know that. After 60 years in jail, a firmware update corrects that bug and they set you free. You don't have where to go, except ...on this forum where you come and post your story!
