I'm suffering from eye strain whenever i editing photos in light room PC. So I've planned to buy some eye strain glasses. I read about a plenty of glasses and its usage from a certain site. Here i shared the link you. Can you take a look and suggest me a glass guys?

they usually have a yellow tint, no? seems a bad idea.

Better to just reduce screen time in other areas of your life. like less time on social media or watching movies etc. And if you can afford it, get hard copy books, rather than reading on a screen. And lastly, you could try a larger monitor farther back and higher refresh rates.

Some screens, like Eizo, actually have eye strain relief built in. but glasses are generally "blue blockers". Did you find colour neutral specs?

Exactly that. I often use a 50" and work some two and a halt to three meters back with a wireless mouse and keyboard. On the finer detail work, I often use the Windows CTRL and + key to zoom into the whole PC image. For pixel by pixel work on the restoration of old archive photos, it works well.

No, because I don't think it will help. Besides, do you really want to alter your color vision while editing photos?

Put the money toward a visit to a competent optometrist. Presbyopia is real and happens to nearly everyone if they are fortunate enough to live that long. A slight correction is often all that's needed for use with computer monitors. I've got a pair of glasses I call my "computer glasses" that I wear when surfing the 'net like I am right now. They stay right beside the monitor when I leave my desk so they don't get lost. They are optimized for 24" distance. With my 24" monitor this is perfect for me.

Also, lean back, look outside (to focus on something far away so your eyes can relax) and blink. Most people don't blink nearly enough when in "monitor thrall" and this can give you symptoms similar to eye strain (as an optometrist will tell you).

It is a mess. My eye doctor told my computer monitors are actually not as sharp as we give the credit for. We end up "over focussing" to make the image sharp in our eyes whihc leads to eye strain. It is tough to limit screen time when your work is often at screens.

This is plain silly. If you get eye strain working on computer monitors, you go to a proper qualified person who can test your eyes and produce a prescription for lenses that will minimise eye strain. Buying these things from online gaming sites is like buying medication from the same sources - damn dangerous. I have glasses and had issues with eye strain and computers and the great optician tweaked my prescription to cater for the size and angles of view. Eye strain can be from simply having the monitor plane poorly set. We deal with all kinds of lens issues on this forum so we understand planes, divergence, minimum focus distance, depth of field, yet we turn to PT Barnum solutions to what is pretty much our own subject? With a monitor tilt set wrong, going from top to bottom of the screen requires constant refocusing and therefore, eye strain. Getting the angle right minimises this. My varifocal lenses, for example have limites sharpness as soon as you move more than ten degrees left or right, so a bigger screen which logic says is better, can be worse if the angle you have to view it is wider. Talk to an expert.

Some eye strain is related to dry eye, from not blinking enough, as Bruce mentioned.

Another thing is diet. sugar can inflame the lens in the eye and make see less gooder,,,, or something like that. Eat healthier. Take breaks.
