This would probably be pretty cheap im not sure. But a scanner that reads your retina so that nobody can use it but you. Probably could make one out of construction paper and superglue...just my two cents

Canon made a camera, the A2E, that used a laser to "see" where you wanted to focus. Why not just have a password. No need to make this camera more expensive than it needs to be.
