Guys I'm trying to get into club photography. I've been checking that Yonguo yn560...Do you guys think that will do the job? I've never used an external flash before but I know this is a cheaper option than the Canon 580EX etc etc
Go with the 580ex or 430ex if you want flash control. The Canon flashes are much better built than most 3rd party except for the high end stuff.
An old Vivitar 283 or 285 can be very effective once you learn what to do - I would suggest checking out strobist.com , lots of very good info on how to use flash well, especially off camera?
