New to the forums, and a longtime Panasonic DVX-100 user.
I'm currently planning Glidecam and Steadycam setups, both with external monitors that only accept a BNC connection. Previously, I've only used a direct connection (in-studio) via Firewire for capture/monitoring with the DVX.
Would there be any advantage in the picture quality using an S-Video out over a Composite Video (RCA) out? BNC adapters will be used, obviously. Color will be muted (b&w); the operators will be focusing on composition.
Thanks in advance.
